These terms govern your use of Vixsor (vixsor.com). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

The service

Vixsor provides online PDF conversion and related document tools, free of charge for standard use, with optional paid features for higher usage limits or advanced capabilities.

Acceptable use

You must have the legal right to upload and process any file you submit
You may not use the service to process content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or that you do not have permission to handle
You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
Reasonable rate limits apply to prevent abuse — see our usage limits for current details

File handling

Files you upload are processed solely to perform the conversion you request, and are deleted from our servers shortly after processing (see our Privacy Policy for details). You remain responsible for keeping your own backup copies.

Accuracy disclaimer: Vixsor uses automated conversion technology, including OCR for scanned or image-based documents. While we test extensively and aim for high accuracy, no automated conversion tool can guarantee perfect results for every document type. Please review converted output before relying on it for important purposes.

Free usage and paid features

Core tools are free without limit. Premium features (such as OCR for scanned or non-English-script documents) include a free usage allowance, after which pay-as-you-go charges apply per use. We may introduce subscription plans in the future. See our Refund Policy for billing and refund terms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation, though we work to keep the service reliable and to fix real issues as they're found.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vixsor and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
