Files you upload

When you upload a file for conversion, it is processed on our servers and the resulting output is made available for you to download. We do not read, review, or use the content of your files for any purpose other than performing the conversion you requested.

Retention: Uploaded files and converted outputs are automatically deleted from our servers shortly after processing completes, or after a short window if not downloaded. We do not keep permanent copies of your documents.

Information we collect

Usage data: basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security, rate-limiting, and understanding how the site is used.
Account information (if you create an account or subscribe): your email address and any billing details required to process payment, handled by our payment processor — we do not store your full card details ourselves.
