Vixsor (vixsor.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our conversion tools to do the same.

Your responsibility

You may only upload and convert files that you own, have created, or otherwise have the legal right to process. Vixsor does not review the content of uploaded files before conversion, and using our tools to process material that infringes someone else's copyright is a violation of our Terms of Service.

How files are handled: uploaded files and their converted outputs are processed automatically and deleted from our servers shortly after processing, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not retain, review, or redistribute file content.

Reporting a copyright concern

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used through Vixsor without permission, please let us know via our Contact Page so we can look into it. To help us understand the situation, it's helpful if you can include:

A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed
Details of where and how it was used through Vixsor, to the extent you're able to provide
Your contact information
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized

Our response

Because Vixsor does not permanently store uploaded files, in most cases the specific file in question will already have been deleted from our servers by the time a report is received. We take copyright concerns seriously and will review each report and take appropriate action where genuinely warranted.
