Vixsor provides free, reliable online tools for converting and managing documents. Every tool is built around two priorities: accurate results and fast processing — so you get a usable file back, without unnecessary steps.
Our services
PDF to Word & Word to PDF. Converts documents while preserving formatting, tables, and layout as closely as possible to the original. The underlying conversion engine has been refined through extensive testing across varied real-world document types — forms, certificates, multi-column layouts, and documents combining multiple languages — to improve accuracy on the cases that typically cause other converters to fail.
Merge PDF. Combines multiple PDF files into a single document while preserving the original quality of each page — no recompression, no loss of resolution.
Image to PDF. Converts JPG, PNG, TIFF, and HEIC/HEIF images into a single PDF, supporting the file formats produced by both modern smartphones and traditional scanners.
PDF to Excel. Extracts tabular data from PDF documents into an editable spreadsheet format.
Additional tools — including Split PDF, Compress PDF, Image to Text, and an Advanced PDF to Word option for scanned and multi-language documents — are in active development, and are released only once tested against real documents.
Our approach to quality
Conversion accuracy is treated as an ongoing engineering priority, not a one-time feature. Each tool is tested against genuine, real-world documents before and after any change, and known limitations are documented honestly rather than left for users to discover. Where a result carries genuine uncertainty, we aim to communicate that clearly rather than present it as flawless.
